How to submit a maintenance request

Please use the FBRI Help Center (help.vtc.vt.edu) to submit all non-emergency maintenance requests.

Logon to the FBRI Help Center (help.vtc.vt.edu)

Select the "Start a Conversation" link found at the top of the site

Open the "I need help from" drop down menu and select EHS and Facilities

Enter a brief description in the "Subject" line

Use the "Message" box to provide details about your request or project

Select "Send" to submit your request
