If you are plugged into a network jack in the FBRI and it is not working and you cannot get to the network, the jack may be disabled. Carilion Clinic has policies in place to limit access to unused jacks. We are happy to submit a request to Carilion to have it enabled.
Take a photo of the jack, or record the number on the label, and submit it to us along with your room number using the "Start a conversation" link on this page.
We will do our best to expedite your request with Carilion.
