Using the Morpho Biometric Readers

There is some justified confusion regarding card placement with the  bio-metric / fingerprint readers installed in Riverside 2 and Riverside 4. This is understandable as there is a large glowing square and arrow on the top of each one, but… it apparently has no purpose other than to flash and taunt you.
