Recommended Settings for Presentations

For the best viewing experience during your presentation, and to use the full projected screen, please ensure that the following settings are used:

• Display resolution on your machine should be set to 1920x1080 if possible. (If you're going to use extended mode, both displays should be set to this resolution).  Learn how to use Presenter Mode here.
  
  
• In PowerPoint, under the Design tab, select the slide size icon and set your PowerPoint to a 16 x 9 aspect ratio.   How to change the slide size in PowerPoint (all versions).

Following these settings should result in the presentation encompassing the entire screen and providing the most optimal viewing experience.
