How to receive your packages

FedEx Express packages arrive between 9:00 am – 9:30 am, Monday – Friday

FedEx Ground packages arrive between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday

UPS packages arrive between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday

USPS packages arrive between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Please make sure that the PI or lab manager's name is listed on the packages when ordering.

Packages can be picked up from the designated shelving located in the loading dock areas of buildings 2  & 4 Riverside Circle.

Packages should not be ordered for arrival during Holidays as the building is closed and no one will be here to accept packages. If perishable packages arrive during a scheduled holiday break, someone from your lab must be here to pick up your packages and store them accordingly. If you are planning to be out of the lab and expect perishable packages, please have someone in your lab on stand-by to pick them up. If you are expecting a large, valuable, or perishable package, please notify Hunter Kemper. Khunter22@vtc.vt.edu with delivery details (who to contact upon arrival, when it’s expected).
