How to receive your packages

Delivery Times: 

- FedEx Express: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

- FedEx Ground: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

- UPS: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

- USPS: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

* When placing an order, please make sure the name of the manager or lab worker is on every box.

Package Location:

  • Every package will be delivered to Riverside 2 and distributed to the correct building (Riverside 1, 2, or 4).
  • Upon notification, you will receive information detailing the specific building where your package is located, along with an image and the package's shelf location.

Perishable Packages:

  • If you order perishable items upon arrival, you will receive a notification indicating the item is "perishable" and requires "urgent pickup."
  • The receiving team will place perishable items not picked up by 4:00 pm in the refrigerator or freezer.

Holiday Schedule

Package Delivery:

  • Packages should not be ordered for arrival during holidays, as the building will be closed.
  • No personnel will be available to accept deliveries during holidays.

Perishable Packages:

If perishable packages arrive during a scheduled holiday break:

  • A lab member must be present to pick up and store them appropriately
  • Please ensure someone from your lab is on standby, or contact for help.

* Please refrain from having personal items shipped to VTC.
