Acknowledging/Silencing Pulse System Alarms

Silencing/Clearing/Acknowledging Pulse system alarms

  • Log in to the Pulse System
  • On the Alarms tab, locate the alarm/alert that you wish to acknowledge, and select it
  • In the right half of the window, under “Alarm Details” Click the Acknowledge button
  • You can then choose the duration of the acknowledgement, from 1 hour to 3 days, and click Submit
