Waking Up a VM in the VME

if you are accessing a machine with the VME and it launches to only a black screen (or the clock screen saver) and mouse movement won't wake it, the VM is likely in standby and waiting on input from the keyboard.  

Solution: Press keys on the keyboard until the machine wakes and becomes responsive (Typically 1-2 seconds.)
