FBRI Email Auto-Archiving

FBRI has enabled automatic email archiving for all user email accounts.  

This feature will affect all Calendar Items, Inbox items (Including subfolders), Sent Items and Deleted Items in your Mailbox.

Auto archiving helps FBRI manage storage space more efficiently by moving older or less frequently used items to an archive folder and results in a more efficient experience for the end user. 

Archiving moves items older than 180 days to a separate Mailbox, know as the "Online Archive." This separate Online Archive Mailbox should show up automatically if you connect to FBRI mail through Outlook or the Outlook Web App.
