Accessing the Carilion Clinic Voice Mail System

To access the Carilion Clinic voice mail system, please do the following: 

1. Dial 540-224-4199.
2. When prompted to access your mailbox, press # to do so. 
3. When access to enter your extension, enter your 5-digit extension followed by the # sign.  For example: 82220#.
4. Follow the remaining prompts.
