To start a local presentation select the source you would like to view.  The content can be presented from the room PC, a laptop, or a wireless connection using the Air Media.

Touch-Panel:
This room is controlled by an integrated touch-panel. This touch-panel allows you to control the volume levels of the podium, wireless microphone, and laptop sound. On the touch panel screen, you can control the microphone levels on the left, the source input in the middle and the program volume on the right. There are also options on the bottom that allow you to control the cameras and voice over IP connections.

Connecting a Laptop/MacBook to the Projector/Display:
By selecting HDMI the system will automatically start.

For a wired connection to the projector from the podium, connect your laptop/MacBook to the HDMI cable located at the podium. A Mini DisplayPort and USB-C adapter are available at the podium for MacBook connection.

Using the Room PC to present on the Projector/Display:
Select Room PC as your source. This will start a local presentation

When there is no laptop/MacBook connected to the HDMI cable, by default, the room PC will be displayed. Utilize the Dell keyboard and mouse, located on the conference table, to operate the room PC.

Some essential tools to note are the Map-Network-Drives application, which can be used to access your FBRI Network Home Directory, the Web Mail shortcut to access the web-based email client, or a flash drive to transfer presentation files to the desktop.

Within the Map-Network-Drives application, you will need to login with your FBRI credentials to access your FBRI Network Home Directory. By default the connection will ask for the length of time you need.

Wireless casting from Laptop/MacBook to the Projector:

To connect to the projector and cast your screen or application wirelessly, select Wireless as your source and select a destination (Projector, Display).

Follow the Air Media instructions listed on the projector screen to connect to the display.  You will need to be connected to the Eduroam network and FBRI VPN to connect successfully.

(For additional help visit the Air Media Help Page.

Camera Controls:

The Cameras can be controlled from this place while using Zoom from either the desktop or from your laptop. To use the camera and microphones from your laptop you need to connect the USB cable that is located at the podium.
