Revert "New" Outlook on Mac OSX

If you accidentally hit the “Use New Outlook” option that appears with the newest version of Outlook for Mac OSX (generally after updating the software), you can click the button in the upper right to turn off the “New Outlook.” That will restore you back to the way it was as currently the “New Outlook” isn’t compatible with our backend systems.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Look in the upper-right for a toggle switch for the "New" Outlook.
  3. Turn the toggle switch off by clicking it.
  4. If Outlook does not automatically change back to the old interface, close and re-open Outlook.
  5. If that still does not fix the issue, Start a Conversation with us!
