Scan to Email, Address Search:

This function can be used to search for an email address that exists within the FBRI address book using the name or part of the email address.

1. Load the documents you wish to scan in either the glass top or Document feed tray..

2. Select the “Scan” or “Scan/Fax” function from the printer home screen:

3. Select “Addr. Search” to begin the FBRI address book search:

4. Enter the name or partial name and then search.

5. A list of matching names should be displayed. Select the target email address.

6. Complete the scan by selecting the Start button in the lower right corner.
